RecommendedI brought my dog for a bath and nails clipped. lady there was so nice and my dog is nervous around some people but with her he was great. Because she was good to him. Did a great job.
Today I called to see if I could return a bag of pet food that I had mistakenly bought (a bag of dog food that had been accidentally placed in the cat food section, should have looked before I bought). The lady who answered was so nice and helpful. when I arrived to exchange it, and was short a couple bucks on the difference and thinking I would have to just buy a cheap small bag from walmart, they were so helpful and just did an even exchange. Fish lady Katie is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The few fish/critters I have had die have been my own fault. My tank is flourishing along with the plant life I also purchased at Petco. I’ll be back 🤘🏻
If I could rate zero stars I would, I went in for fish and bought 7 within 24 hours 3 died and also after I got home I noticed one of the mollies I bought was missing an eye😡. The store itself was nasty all of the fish tanks were filthy and the water looked like it hadn’t been changed in months, in a ferret enclosure there was poop smeared on the glass, the shelves were gross and obviously not cleaned too often. I brought our lab mix in for a nail trim and couldn’t be happier! After some bad experiences at a different groomer, he was really apprehensive, but September was so patient with him and did a GREAT job! Thank you, September——we will be back! 😊
Willie and September are FABULOUS! They both greet my dog and myself by name every time. they take the time to explain everything to customers. they're professional, kind, courteous, and very friendly.
I like the managers way better at Petco than at Petsmart.
Terrible. We had our golden doodle groomed here at the Petco in GF and I will not return. When we picked her up she was scared/shy and just not the dog she was when we dropped her off. She was shaved way down with multiple nicks all over. Can’t say we all be back
