Took my cat to get her nails trimmed easy in and out in less than 5 minutes. Service was quick and perfect!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR A GROOM IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC WAY YOU WANT YOUR DOG GROOMED. The Owner operates in a chaotic manner at the front desk and may not be listening to your requests. I specifically left instructions for the groomer to NOT cut off my babies messy high top head. I went to pick her up and it was cut off. I did see a teenager floating around who may have done it. I have boarded and groomed my 3 dogs with Petceteria over the last 10 years. Each time my dogs have been very well taken care of and happy when I get them home. Thank you for being a part of our community
