Shannon was excellent! She created the most beautiful wedding bouquet that I could ask for. I did the order in the last minute (also a maid of honor bouquet and boutonnières) and was it on time, exactly with the colors and flowers that I requested #WasPerfect. I loved it🌺❤️. My daughter, Neomi Escobar, sent me a bouquet of a dozen white Roses for my 60th birthday on October 22nd. It has been a full week and the roses continue to show their beauty every day. I am very impressed with the quality of the product as well as its simplistic bouquet arrangement. I will definitely use you in the future.
I have bought flowers for my wife from Petals & Stems, at least, four times a year for the past five years and they have yet to let me down. They're arrangements are beautiful and my wife has loved every single one of them. Oh and their deliveries have been without fail. Even if I've requested a specific time frame for delivery. I received these BEAUTIFUL roses for my birthday Wednesday morning. Unfortunately some of the roses didn’t last very long. Called this morning and spoke with Lou, and he was gracious enough to replace my order with a new one on Monday without any hesitation. Great customer service!!
