The wonderful and caring staff gave us personalized attention in a warm and welcoming environment for my 10-year-old pup who typically despises visits to the vet. Dr. Burks was very thorough, and I look forward to taking all of our pets there for care.
Took my Finn to be groomed today-- their beautiful groomer did a fantastic job.everyone was so nice!
Everyone is wonderful. I've been there several times this past week. Always been greeted with a smile from Hayley. Then Dr. Burks always comes out to say hello to the pups. Mike is the same as well when he is in the store. I have used grooming services. They had their baths last Thursday and they still smell awesome. I plan to stick with this vet for awhile, and I've been to a few different ones since they are young puppies and I'm a new puppy mom searching what's best for them. <3
The staff and Dr. Burks at Pet Vet Express were so helpful and accommodating when I brought my sweet Rambo in today. Thanks for the great first visit!
