Great store with helpful employees. They also provide donations to local shelters.
We were regular customers of the Pet Supplies a Plus on Mockingbird until this store opened within walking distance. To top it off, our favorite people transferred here, too. The customer service and knowledgable employees are invaluable. This is a great addition to Lower Greenville/M Streets.

I love this pet store.I like them better than petco or petsmart very helpful people and friendly!!!!
they have a self bathing room
I have been here a few times, but this was a first buying my Lucy dog food. The sweet girl told me at check out "if she does not like it, bring it back to try a different one. We will donate the returned food to a local animal shelter". Love that they do this!!!! Have my business from here on out!!

Just left this place for the first time. New 🐕, wanted to try a new food. The guy who helped us who was stocking dog food (I'm awful with names.. oops..) was probably one of the most helpful employees I've ever encountered at any kind of retail store. checkout people were extremely nice as well. great experience.
