Great costumer service! They are the nicest people ever! I have a young daughter and they will haul the food around for me. Once she was sleeping in the car and they brought out the dog food for me. They are very helpful!!

Pet Supplies Plus on Mockingbird outstanding! I posted a review for the Plano store which was excellent so I decided to visit the Dallas store on Mockingbird after work on the way home. I don't know what the rude cashier isssue was but the staff now is outstanding. Nice, helpful but not pushy, and they know their stuff. This location also has tons of organic products, unique pet items, and great prices. It is also in a very convenient location. Everyone should try it. It is a refreshing change from the national chain stores.

My Experiences I've been shopping at Pet Supplies Plus on Mockingbird for 4 years now and I've never had anyone act rude towards me there. I love their dog toys/food/treats selection and their small pets selection. My boston is always real excited when he gets to go there with me.

Great place for high quality pet food! This place has so many different types of foods to choose from. Not only do they have high quality pet foods, but they also have numerous freezers full of raw foods for those raw feeders out there. The staff is knowledgeable about the foods and how each of them can benefit your dog or cats health. They sell Innova, Wellness, Canidae, Felidae, Chicken Soup...the list goes on.

Expensive Maybe it's just me, but I don't relish the idea of paying $8 for a small hamster ball. Their prices for the other products they have are fair though and the people are really nice so I still enjoy shopping here. They have a fair amount of dog treats and accessories and they are priced fairly.

Great selection & good prices! Between this store & Canine Commisary, no one else gets any of my pet-purchasing business! They have low prices on almost everything & the clerks are helpful. I haven't encountered the aforementioned "rude cashier" - all mine have been very nice! I love the extras they offer too, like on-site vaccinations, pet photos, and training classes.

Thank you for making our last visit for a terminal patient memorable. We visited this store regularly with our two dogs since it opened in our neighborhood, so I chose this Pet Supplies Plus as our final pet store visit when our dog with terminal cancer had moved to hospice. Just one day before his bucket list trip to the beach, I let him pick out treats, bones, and toys. The staff took turns stopping by, asking if he could have a treat, and giving him attention. When they realized I was trying to keep him away from other dogs (due to a compromised immune system), they helped us navigate the store to a place away from other fur customers. Every visit during our chemo treatments had also been during COVID-19, and this store constantly makes us feel safe and relieved that they had his special food in stock, but this visit had me in tears as we walked out because my poor Revan had a blast and it carried his mood for the rest of the day. The cashier even gave us a special treat pack and said thank you for choosing them as his final stop. Thank you. Thank you for making those final days a bit happier and for continuing to be our store for his bulldog sister. No words can express our gratitude.
