The only problem I have with this business is that after driving 40 minutes to get there all the pretty fish you look at and want to buy are not for sale but they will sell you the little, not so attractive fish. Why have a business and not sell what you show? Smh
For several years I have driven many miles out of my way to buy rats to feed my snake, mainly because of the excellent customer service. Last Thursday 3/11, I drove the 60 mile round trip, only to find that they have only 3 rats available and of the wrong size. The woman that waited on me quite obviously did not care that I could not feed my pet. When I asked when more frozen rats would be available, her reply was "I don't know". If I want "customer service" like that, I will just go to the closer chain store.
