Loved the store and the people. Unfortunately my heart broke when I saw the hermit crabs in the wire cage. I guess I expected a pet store to know how to properly care for animals. I wish they would give them the same care and attention as the other animals. They looked happy and well taken care of. They need an aquarium not a cage. They have gills and need pools to submerge in or they die. Hopefully they can fix this.
Hey folks? I spend $1.06 cents with these fine people, every couple of weeks, for a dozen crickets ... for two green tree frogs! Always courteous, great service, and they'll even let me wander around the store, and hang-out with the parrots, puppies, and kittens! I go in an out an my husband has to stop me from buying all the crittets i lost my male rat a few weeks bake an got a white male only to loose my other older rat but im good cause we just had 2 litter of pups form them boys so now our white rat Nicodemus will have brothers an you guys may get a hand full. Lol you guys have turned my life around with all my critters i hope i will one day leave with a few ferrets too. Love you guys.

There great people I’ve got great beautiful healthy fish from them and just recently adopted a beautiful calico kitten from them highly recommend them to everyone by far the best pet shop I’ve ever been to love there store!!!!
False advertisement. Tell someone your selling something and get screwed, then won't even let us return it. Now we're stuck with something we don't want. Nice.
Bought a Beautiful Grey and white Cockatiel male a few days ago , he is gorgeous , most Big Pet Stores do not get the different color ones in we were lucky we found one , very friendly staff and very knowledgeable , wanted you to know that he is doing so well and learns quickly ,Thanks Pet Paradise we love your store.
Super friendly staff! Any pet supplies you could ever want they have it or they can try to order it for you! Their all super helpful!! I come here for all my pets needs. 10/10 would recommend 😊
