We love Pet Paradise! It is great for all of our pet care needs. We have a salt water tank as well as two dogs so we have lots of questions as to what’s the best care for our beloved animals. The employees always have the best advice and knowledge to keep our pets in tip top shape. We also love the atmosphere, sometimes we go in just to see the large array of animals they have available. The owner Scott is loyal, dependable, and super helpful. We will like we are visiting family every time we go to Pet Paradise!

Staff is very knowledgible. They were very helpful and even found and ordered some unique fish/invertebrates for my aquarium.
My daughter and I visited Pet Paradise last week we purchased a fish. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Had to ASK for help! Then staff acted as tho WE WERE BOTHERING THEM! We will not buy anything else from Pet Paradise and I will not recommend to friends/family!
