I have what most would consider a high maintenance dog. She's a rescue with a fear of pretty much everything. She has extreme separation anxiety, and she needs a lot of patience. Pet Paradise not only takes amazing care of my pitbull Stella, but they go above and beyond. Stella gets nervous around larger dogs, so they put her in with small dogs in order to socialize her throughout the day. We took Scully today for the first time and it was AWESOME! The staff was beyond friendly and immediately made both of us feel so welcome. We also had them bathe him before we picked him up and they did a fabulous job. He looked great and came home happy and tired! He will be back often.
Overall very pleased with this location. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my corgi came back with an eye irritation. Will use again though and recommend to friends as well.
They are wonderful there! I love Molly she treats my baby so good!
Hemi totally loves Pet Paradise Matthews! She's typically a home-body, but when she goes to the resort she transforms into a social butterfly, playing non-stop with all of her new found friends! I'm a huge fan myself. The staff is extremely dedicated, all about customer service, and truly love animals. The facility is top notch. In addition, the grooming Hemi received was excellent. Accolades to MG and her team!
