Thank you for taking such great care and loving our Bella and Mittens while our family was on vacation! Love the photos ... Can tell they got lots of attention. Will definitely use Pet Paradise again and recommend to others!
The facility looked amazing! Dave the front desk supervisor was very friendly and helpful. The only negative I have is when I called I asked if they have cameras and I was told yes, when I arrived there were no cameras installed. Now my free trial day has come and gone and I have no way to tell if the staff interacts with their dogs more than Camp Bow Wow.
We took our 2 yr old pit mix and 12yr old pug for their first day of daycare yesterday. It was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door (30 min early!) The check in was super friendly and I haven't seen a more professional staff. They all seemed to really enjoy their job. We definitely will be back and will recommened.
Our dogs had a great time during their stay at Pet Paradise Matthews. Rooney and Harry came home happy, not stressed and so shiny clean. Thank you to everyone for their excellent care
