Because of a friend referral, I gave Pet Paradise (Houston Hobby) a try today and SNOWBALL was pleased! Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and bright facility and easy online registration. Thanks for putting me "at ease" and she'll return for her overnight stay. Keep up the good work! It means alot.😊
My dogs get very excited when they enter pet paradise because of past visits. If you want your dog to have a wonderful vacation this is your place. They are very professional and they go out of there way so your dog is happy.
My lil frenchie puppy "Lola" loves going to see all her friends at Pet Paradise! She runs to the door so I know she is having a good time in there!
By letting dogs that are not neutered/spayed to swim. What a silly rule. If the dogs are swimming by them self, what is the issue !
RecommendedI know the animals are well taken care of. They have a nice swimming pool for the dogs. They board for however long you need but I don't know the limit.

I have been bringing my pup to Pet Paradise for over a year now and I had nothing but good experience with them! All of the staff is very friendly and I know that my dog enjoys going there for the daycare! They also have a nice in ground pool that is awesome because my pup loves to swim!!
RecommendedIf you truly want the best for your pet’s well-being while you board, you will use this facility. My 8 year old Great Dane, Gabriel, was staying at this location while I was out of town for work. They called me in the morning and let me know he was having some sort of issue and had missed a meal. They took him to the Newman Veterinary facility across the street and it turned out his life was at risk. They further took him to the emergency clinic in Ormond, where they promptly put him into surgery for Gastric Dilation Volvulu... read more

One day I was at the stop light at the corner of this place, the dogs were barking in the cages, one of the workers grabbed a hose and started spraying them with water. Do you know that dogs can get respiratory infections from breathing in water? NO THANKS, I’ll pass

Peace of mind. Staff is outstanding and treats each pet as their own. I think Sasha is more disappointed when I pick her up than when I drop her off!
