Great addition to the Matthews area! Staff is amazing!
I'm not home yet but by the pictures posted I'm very happy!! First time I've left my dogs since their homecoming.

Our 2 Maltipoos love Pet Paradise. The staff are very friendly and treat my dogs like their own. They were recently boarded for 5 days and I was at ease knowing they were in good hands. Zoey and Lily will continue to visit and stay at this location.
My first time with a pet daycare. The staff answered all my first time questions and made me feel better about leaving Sam. Now that we are home, Sam is fast asleep so I know he had plenty of play time. We will be back.
We had been using Pet Paradise at the Charlotte Airport. We were so happy to have a resort open in Matthews closer to our home. The staff is so friendly and our lab loves to go for boarding. He comes home tired and clean. The staff is very flexible with pick up and drop off. They always ensure his going home bath is done and he is ready to go. Best boarding in Charlotte.
We have 3 Golden Retrievers that are at Pet Paradise due to extended house renovations. The staff has been very accommodating with our needs. We are able to visit with our dogs any time we like. Our dogs are very happy especially with the pool.
The folks at Pet Paradise Matthews are super! They truly care about our fur babies and do everything to help them have a great day. Savannah cannot wait to get out of the car when we pull in to PP!
My 22 week golden had a test run today at Pet P in Matthews. Staff was amazingly friendly, very clean, no odors, dog hope and wiped out from play and swim. This is where he will go!
