I love this place.... I wouldn't go anywhere else!! They are really awesome with the best reptiles and birds.
You guys are awesome! I love how everything is operated and how you take care of your animals. I got my Guinea pig from these amazing people. I was looking for a Guinea pig, I went to petsmart, petco I'm Newport News and all over; and they all were either sick, or shedding ( I bought one before from petsmart and he passed away in a week ;( ). Let me just start by saying.... if you were gifted the gift of flight, and you get stuck in a cage for your life, does that seem like a fair life? No it doesn’t. Secondly, Kookaburras are a native Australian bird and not “pets”. They are not meant to be held in captivity, nor bred in captivity. In Australia, it is against the law to cage a native Australian bird. They are a national treasure and for you to keep them in a cage is an absolute disgrace. Great variety of animals and especially snacks they had so many different kinds of snakes and I would truly buy from the store
I had never been to Pet Paradise before and when I looked it up online I was actually looking for a dog friendly establishment. Which it stated it was online. Nobody told me to leave, nobody was unkind when I got there, but if a pet store does not cater to specific animals, maybe that should be posted somewhere. As I entered the store there were employees at the front and nobody told me (until I asked) that they did not have a section for dogs. If you are a dog person/owner, don’t go to Pet Paradise.
