You guys are awesome! I love how everything is operated and how you take care of your animals. I got my Guinea pig from these amazing people. I was looking for a Guinea pig, I went to petsmart, petco I'm Newport News and all over; and they all were either sick, or shedding ( I bought one before from petsmart and he passed away in a week ;( ). Amazing place and all of the employees know what they are talking about unlike other places that gave me a ton of wrong information to make a sale. I bought two large tanks for my two bearded dragons and they customized them. They did an awesome job! I also get all of my heating lights and feeders from them. I highly recommend this place!!!
It’s the best pet store I have ever been to.
I love Pet Paradise. I’ve never had any issues there and the people are extremely friendly. That place is always packed no matter what time of day you go, so they gotta be doing something right!
I do recommend Pet Paradise for the variety of supplies and animals, but the front end staff was very rude when I requested to hold a ferret. I was told that only staff were allowed to handle them. Prior to asking, they allowed another customer to hold one. I have ferrets and they need socialization, especailly at a young age. 😒
I absolutely love this pet store. I come here to get everything my animals need. I have got most of my animals from this pet store and the customer service that I have experienced has Ben great. I go just about every weekend and love the variety of animals that they have.

Everything. At first I was a little weary going to Pet Paradise, due to it having no real website, and it looks a little rough on the outside, but holy wow. They have so much to offer! A HUGE variety in the Reptile department as well as their Bird department. They definitely have a decent fish selection and an okay mammals selections, but they also have so many wants and necessities for any type of animal that they carry and then some.
