If you like rude people then this is the place for you! My oldest daughter wanted to go see the birds at Pet Paradise as we have done many times before. She recently lost her baby sister and was asking just about every day to go here and see the birds. Today was the first time I felt like doing anything since last month. I am terribly sorry for your loss. I am also sorry if you feel that any of our employees came off rude to your daugter. This is not how we try to come off. Yes my employee should have directed you to other birds to look at. Unfortunately we had just had an issue with our sold bird area even this there are signs by each cage that say sold... someone tried to steal one... not saying your daugter would but we have to be very protective of those helpless babies. always very very helpful! never hesitates to answer any questions you have or recommend the perfect set ups. won't try and empty your pockets. my regular pet store.. were only in there every other day 😂 going to pick up 12 bettas today!
