Love this place ♡♡
Best pet store in the Hampton Roads area.
This place was amazing and the girls are knowledgeable in the bird section.
The staff is very friendly and happy to help. Everyone we’ve worked with is very knowledgeable about the animals they take care of.
We brought our fish to Pet Paradise today. It had grown to be a very aggressive fish and were unable to keep him. Pet Paradise not only agreed to take him but also gave me a $15 store credit! The staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Will be back to purchase a Peruvian guinea pig as soon as they are ready!!

The staff is very knowledgeable, and truly understand customer service. I asked them a million questions and they were patient with me and answered every one! Highly recommend! Especially if you are into non- traditional pets!
This is a great store and they really do take food care of there animals
