I’ve been going to pet paradise for years but today was the last day. It had been a few months since I had been in because of Covid-19. There are always a ton of employees working and when I went in today not a single employee was wearing a mask. The store is tiny and there were ATLEAST 15 employees walking around without a mask and maybe two customers had a mask on. Disgusting and cruel how these poor baby birds are kept in small plastic containers ... I can feel their sadness ... this place is horrible 😡

I am very sorry you didnt feel the need to reach out and speak to us to learn that these babies are in these tanks to keep warm. These babies down have enough feathers to keep them selfs warm. You are welcome to come in and speak with myself Erin or one of the owners about this so that we may show you that we are not neglecting our babies.
great customer service been going through them for all my inverts and reptiles and they go out there way and beyond normal expectations when it comes to service

Truly one the best "Pet" stores. Completely stocked, Super knowledgeable, Customer service is impeccable. James and Torrey Super great people and know their snakes. Always a pleasure and can never wait to go back .

We enjoy the nice staff. My kids enjoy coming, looking around and playing with the birds.

I got my Halmahera BTS from Pet Paradise and I couldnt be happier! He is the just the cutest thing and the staff are so knowledgeable. Definitely plan on getting my next critter from here!
