I have really enjoyed coming here. Brittany in the reptile department is the best and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable. We have purchased multiple snakes here and have been very very happy.
I've gotten 3 snakes here recently, and every one has turned out to be snake mite infested and a lemon blast ball python I purchased here just ended up passing away for no apparent reason. would not recommend buying any live reptile or possibly any other animal from here
The people are friendly and they have a huge selection. The prices are also great as compared to other local pet stores.
All of the employees are super helpful, but I definitely have to give a shout-out to Myles in the reptile department. Super helpful and nice and just overall a great experience. The snake I bought is healthy and absolutely gorgeous, I’ll definitely be back for another.
they treat you as family. I visit everyday to see my baby boys and my daughter loves them as well. they take care of my boys so well.

The staff is the best and is always honest! I had a Biocube issue and they were able to tell me how to fix it saving me $$$!
