RecommendedI came home New Year’s Eve night to find my teddy hamster in hibernation mode. I thought I was about to lose my baby. I rushed him to this clinic at 4 am, and they immediately realized what he needed. They were able to give him pain meds for his incisors (too long) & and antibiotics for a respiratory infection. They stressed to me that he would need to have dental trimming work done at his regular vet, as his teeth have grown into the roof of his mouth. the almighty dollar is more important than my dog that was hit by a car. I forgot some of my money at home with all the craziness of seeing my dog laid out on the road. this place wouldn't even look at him until my daughter returned with the money. they knew that she was goin home to get it and still made us wait. they were willing to let my dog die over $40. just heartless
Kind, supportive, helpful and informative. I recently lost my dog, Beaux. Today, I recieved a sympathy card signed by all staff members as well as a "Rainbow Bridge" poem. They are very helpful and very kind.
Long story short. My 3 year old Shorky got into a box of sewing needles Saturday. My daughter noticed blood urine on the floor. At 330am I woke and decided she needed to see a Vet. My first time going to the clinic on McNeese St. After pet history and X-rays the Dr found a very large kidney stone including several other small ones.
