My baby boy Sherlock started having seizures about midnight on Sunday this weekend. They took him right in, gave him meds to calm him and kept me updated all day Sunday on his behavior and tests that were done. Dr. Prince was very professional and very sympathetic. He explained everything that was happening and made me feel at ease. His staff was also very polite and friendly. I highly recommend the Pet Emergency clinic if your fur baby is ever sick!

We lost our beloved Lilli this morning. The void and quiet in our house is deafening. I miss her so much. The care and comfort given not just to Lilli, but ourselves as well, are beyond words I have right now. Dr. Prince you and your staff are amazing. Thank you for all you did to try and save her and making sure I knew that she did not suffer.

While visiting from out of state, one of our puppies ingested a large foreign body, a 2 1/2 foot leash. I contacted the show committee & they sent me here. I admit, while we waited for them to take my dog back and X-ray her, I calculated in my mind what it was going to cost, as they took what seemed a really long time. And back home that means they will give the worse case must do scenario and offer no other options then give a $2500 bill at a minimum. Well my dog did not need surgery thankfully and my bill was less than $30... read more
