We brought our rabbit in yesterday because she was showing signs and symptoms of having GI stasis (which can kill a rabbit in 24-48 hours) We told them our concerns and they decided not to test for it because she was still eating and just tested her poop for a parasite.. well $200 (when we were told it would be about $69-$89 for the visit) and a few hours later our kids wake up to a dead rabbit after they assured us it wasn’t what we thought it was.. as serious as a claim as it was you think they would of at least checked in... read more
They are simply amazing rushed my boy Gunny a Great Dane in yesterday for what was thinking possible bloat Dr.Middlebrooks and staff jumped into high gear Fortunatly it was not but had it been my boy would have been in the best of hands!
We were very happy with the socially distanced well visit for our dog . The vet walked us through her exam by phone and answered all our questions and was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend the services at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital .

The staff is hands down amazing! Lexi our 6 month old Flemish giant rabbit broke her leg and needed it amputated. The staff took her in right away looked her over did blood work wrapped her up and gave her medicine to comfort her until she was able to have surgery. The day of surgery we received several updates on how our baby was doing. I will recommend Pet care to anyone who’s pet needs a vet or emergency care.
I absolutely love this place. Great staff!! Always such a pleasure to take my Gigi there for her checkups. No surprise fees.

I would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses, techs and staff at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital for taking such great care of my boy Trevor. I also would like to thank the pharmacist at the new Great Neck Rite Aid ( my new favorite drug store) for helping me with Trevor’s pain medicine prescription.
