There was an emergency with a pet which caused a short delay in my appointment. I was impressed the receptionist came out into the waiting room to let me know. I wish my doctors offices were this courteous!! I didn't have a problem with the short wait, I know if my dog was experiencing an emergency, they would drop everything to help her. They can always get an appointment scheduled quickly. Staff all very kind, friendly and loving to animals!! Highly recommend!!
I teamed with Pet Care Vet for many years now. Recently when my 14.5 year old Himalayan cat's body was failing him, Dr. Bean handled the situation with the utmost care and love. I was a mess. He and Laura P. were so kind and caring and comforting. I am so grateful for these wonderful people. Love you guys!!!!!
The staff are friendly and helpful and prices are very reasonable. I brought my ball python to have an abscess on her nose looked at and everyone was wonderful with her and took good care of her.
Really wonderful staff and just a really great place to take your furry-babies. I have two small schnauzers and one was very scared of vets before going here. The team here handles her with care and dignity, they let me stay with her instead of just slapping a muzzle on her and calling her an aggressive dog. My dog became comfortable enough to have them handle her without me. The staff is amazing, caring, and wonderful.
Always there for us and our bunnies! Knowledgeable and caring. Wouldn’t trust our small pets to anyone else.
They were amazing with my 12 week old Blue and Gold!! And were also able to see her on short notice. 😊
