Ive been going there for the last 4/5 yrs. They are friendly and polite. Always willing to work with you when it comes to your pets health. The prices are reasonable compared with other vets. Definitely recommend them.
Get their early, very busy. Took my extremely sick dog to surgery, when another place, recommended putting her down when we couldn't afford their fees. I will be forever grateful when she comes home, hopefully tomorrow. Their fees are affordable too.
The service is good, though extremely busy. The staff really care about the animals and try to provide the best service they can with what they have. I'm so appreciative that there are places like this for low income families to care for their pets.
The pet care center is the best place. I get there very early to be seen right away. As a responsible pet owner, waiting doesn't bother me because they are doing so much to help my fur baby. Dr. Anderson and the staff is amazing, very friendly, respectful, professional, and helpful. A Godsend for low income pet families. Where else can you find a NON PROFIT VET???
They do a great job, is crowded yes... but they do not loose their smile and desire to help our furry family members ;) Great job guys
The place was pretty crowded and I had to wait about 2hrs b4 being seen. It wasn't so bad, talked to the other pet parents, talked about our fur babies so that passed the time away. The staff was very nice, Dr Cosmo & Alex in particular, they really worked with me on the price...my baby may need surgery I am waiting for the lab work results. I'd definitely recommend Pet Care, also I got there at 3pm, I think it would be better to come in the morning..
