My foster senior fractured his pelvis and 3 ribs, 6 other pet hospitals including ACCESS in Culver City quoted us $6500 to $7k.. Pet Care Center did the exact same procedure, X-Rays etc.. for only $1400.. THAT PRICE DIFFERENCE CAN MEAN LIFE OR DEATH FOR A PET, pls refer EVERYONE HERE, our Pets are FAMILY and not having insurance for them should not prevent them from having AFFORDABLE MEDICAL TREATMENT when they need it god forbid, I'm grateful to them DAILY for helping #Lincoln🙏🙏❤
Took my dog in on July 2 for a stool sample and emergency check up. Waited for a total of five hours in the clinic. STILL haven't received results from the stool sample even though I've been calling them for a week and was promised results by the end of the day last Friday. This is unacceptable.
I have taken my dog to this place and sat for hours and they never x-rayed the dog. After waiting so long I asked about my dog, they brought my dog at that point I was ready to pay for the services. But I was told that is okay. So I called the next day to find out when the results would return. They said they never x-rayed the dog and I would have to return back and start over again. Unprofessional as it gets
6/18/2018 took my puppie to this place they told me he's sugar levels are down so that he need it to stay over night for treatment and iv well I left him there I payed a deposit of $100 at around 4:30pm and next you know at 7pm the nurse called me and said come pick up your puppie teddy and I ask her is he okay now she said yes so I wen and pick him up at the dark and took him to the car and saw him almost dead so I went back and ask for answers and the voluntary gurl said she don't know anything she talk to someone on the p... read more
