I started seeing Dr. Ryan after I injured myself during a yoga session. He took time to explain the cause of my pain, relating my curved back from years of dancing. I can feel my posture has improved and the pain has diminished. I've been going to Dr. Rob since February, and it's been very helpful. I went in this past Friday with moderate back pain/discomfort after some heavy training. Afterwards I felt much better and was able to perform at 100% later that day!
I've been a patient of Dr. Rob's since February of this year and I cannot say enough great things about him. After a bad car accident, I was constantly in pain. The work Dr. Rob has done (just so far) has absolutely improved my quality of life. Oh, and I never get sick anymore either. Not since before February 2013 :) I look forward to being a patient at Personalized Chiropractic for years to come. Best in SD!!
Dr. Ryan is the best! I used to see him at another office closer to my home (downtown), and when he got his own space in PB I followed him there. Well worth the drive from downtown (and he'll even stay open for me if I'm stuck in traffic). I put a lot of strain on my body (everything from yoga & aerial cirque arts to extensive travel & partying), and I wouldn't trust anyone else to put me back into alignment.
