RecommendedThe first that I came in was an emergency situation where I needed my roots touched up before a very important meeting. I called and Lori Thomas answered the phone. I explained my problem to her and she asked how long would it take me to get here. She not only touched up my roots but fixed a different color and I love it. HORRIBLE do not go here! they do what they want and do not care about what you say you want! PLUS They got a really bad attitude my husband answered a phone call that lasted 10 seconds and the lady crossed her arms and tapped the floor! Like? Learn to cut hair first so annoying and rude! She chopped my husbands hair did a terrible job she did absolutely nothing my husband told her to do. I ALSO got my hair chopped bad. My little 3yo has her hair in layers and the lady that trimmed it only trimmed the longest layer 🤦🏻♀️ NO... read more
