I have used this place multiple times for myself. And I've never had an issue. But as soon as I bring my child in there for to get a cut for his 2 bday which was the next day! My oh my..I told the lady I wanted him to have a LOW hair cut....a low hair cut doesnt sound NOTHING like SHAVING his head.. if I wanted his head shaved I would have shaved It myself...she knew she screwed up. I sti ended up having to pay $10 . Moneys not an issue. She just messed my babies head up, as well as his 2nd bday pics..etc
