BY ALL MEANS ITS NOT HER FAULT....I pay $85 and MY HAIR IS PRETTY FOR I WEEK I just wish my hair color would stay in my hair longer than a week. RecommendedTeresa and the girl's at Personal Touch really are family and work together as a family and whenever you go there you'll be treated just like part of the family! I've been going there for years to have my hair, cut, colored, washed and highlighted, and couldn't be more happy with the friendly services and the prices can't be beat!
