HORRIBLE!!! This place is so shady. They pulled a bait and switch on me. Gave me an estimate and then raised the price by $900 when I got there for the appointment!!! They made a mistake on my estimate with my insurance and didn't tell me till I got there. Expected me to pay a third more and wouldn't make it right. Crooks!! I waited 20 minutes for the manager who didn’t show up on time and who had told the receptionist over the phone that she wouldn't honor their estimate. Crooks!! I walked out. My tooth was in so much pain that I couldn't eat for two days straight. My insurance policy wasn't covered by other dentists in Los Angeles, but I found Personal Dental and fortunately, they were under my plan.
I liked that I was able to schedule my appointment online! It's a unique feature which I wish other dental offices could adapt.
