I had never been to Perrywinkles, but so glad I went in! My Fiance got my BEAUTIFUL engagement ring from them, and when we were there they were so helpful. They told us so much about the different grades of diamonds and they differences in rings. My Fiance and I both loved that they are all about the Diamond and making sure it is the perfect stone for you (because that is what makes an engagement ring!). They have a huge selection of Vera Bradley styles and colors! Retired selection is 40% off! Kendra Lee is very knowledgeable and helped me find what I wanted and also made suggestions based on my needs. Leah gave me bag measurements over the phone! Great customer service at this store Thank You!
I have been a customer here for the past 4 years. I have always enjoyed going to Perrywinkle's and seeing the friendly familiar faces. Jennifer Connor and Doug Green have always gone above and beyond for me. I recently was running late one night after work and needed to buy a birthday gift, Jennifer and Doug stayed late and were very accommodating. I thoroughly appreciate their service and can't wait to go back!!

Perrywinkle's Watertown is by far the BEST store I have ever entered. Personality was 10+ from each staff member.Doug was more than exceptional helping me purchase Pandora. Great location for Canadian shoppers! No need to drive to Syracuse for Pandora, Perrywinkles has lots to choose from. The staff are very helpful, friendly, kind and attentive; not like other jewelry stores were they just want you in and out. If Pandora is not your thing, Perrywinkles has lots of other amazing jewelry to choose from. Caution, you probably won't leave the store with purchasing something fabulous! Happy shopping!
