Lorraine Guidry helped me select an engagement ring. It was clear to me that she had a wealth of knowledge and sincere desire to assist me in making my selection. Lorraine explained each piece and its subtle differences to me in easy to understand terms and did so with out making me feel pressured in to making an uninformed decision. A great experience, truly!
I had honestly only ever shopped at Kay's. But we went into Perrywinkles to look at the Disney Pandora Charms. We ended up buying rings for our anniversary! Jess Farney was a fantastic help. She was personable, took her time with us, and never lost her smile throughout. She was super patient, and we left extremely satisfied. People, much less workers like her are hard to find. I went to the store looking for a diamond ring for my wife. I bought her a small diamond ring when we got married in 1981. She deserved a really nice ring. When I entered the store KendraLee asked me what I was looking for and who it was for. She was very professional and showed me a range of different rings and bands and explained all the differences between them. I shopped at Perrywinkles for a Christmas present for my wife this year. It was my first experience with this company and I was pleased with my experience. It was extremely busy as I was shopping at the last minute but I received wonderful and personalized service. I went to the Watertown Perrywinkles store when I decided to start shoping around for engagement wings. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted and the moment I walked in the store Shawn took me from explaining me the different types of diamonds to the different sets the have and the fact that they can do custom built jewelry.
