We live in the State of Texas. Bob's Chop House doesn't have an issue. Del Frisco doesn't have an issue. Lonesome Dove doesn't have an issue. The Four Seasons doesn't have an issue. So why does Perry's have an issue with my Stetson?
Pork chop is their specialty and it was perfect. 4-inch tall chunk of meat. Husband says New York Strip was cooked perfectly to order and tied for best he's ever had. Potatoes au gratin were absolutely heavenly with an amazing blend of cheeses. 5 of 5 stars.
The service, atmosphere and the food was superb. This was our first visit and it was everything and more than what I expected. Excellent restaurant and delicious food.
We were in Dallas for the weekend visiting some friends and the recommended this spot. I must say the wife and I were pleased.

Service was phenomenal! Mark our server (and manager?) is the best! Mac n cheese is a little salty, though. �
