I went to there Batavia location once befor had no problem With them that visit. I brought my dog back well my gf brought my bullypit in to be checked out he had a lump on his head and they tested it and told us it was cancer. And the were going to send a lab out to be tested week or so later no lab was done the vet got nasty with my gf saying no lab was done and it was just a guess that it was cancer so being said I'll never go back here again
Been bringing our pets to Perry for their care for 46 years. During that time, if asked, we have always recommended the clinic. The staff and veterinarians are all quality, understanding people and eager to provide great service to their clients.
These people are wonderful! They not only deal with the pet...they deal with their parent! I have never been to a better place. Prices are more than reasonable. Great vets and great vet tech's! Thank you Brandy for telling me about the wonderful place you work!
We have been coming to perry vet clinic / Batavia animal hospital for forever we have always been treated with kindness and compassion recently we had to put our cat Lily down. This was an extremely hard choice for my mother. Lily was not a friendly cat and usually wouldn’t let you get close to her over the last year we could tell it was becoming time. My dog Rosie likes to bite at my tires when I leave for work. Well this morning the tires got her and I thought for sure she wasn’t going to make it. She was pouring blood when I showed up at a local vet and they turned us away. I only went there because it was close. They told me it would be a long time before anyone could see her or even help me get her out of the car. The Perry office is a half hour away so I was hesitant to drive that far in her condition.
