Try being about the animals and not about how much money you can get out of people!
I called the Yorkshire location in need of an emergency visit. I called 30 mins before they closed and they told me the vet was already cleaned up for the day. I live 5 mins from this vet and instead had to drive a hour in bad weather to Hamburg for an appointment that took 15 mins.

Perry vet in Livonia are nothing more than thieves !! They have a fee for everything , my vet bill for two healthy dogs exceeds my personal health cost by three times.
When an injured feral cat wandered into our garage we didn't know what to do. We couldn't find another vet to see him and were getting desperate. When I called Perry Pet in Livonia they got us in the very next morning! They were patient with Lucky and kept us up to date on what was happening. Lucky ended up needing his leg amputated and had a successful procedure. The prices were very reasonable and the staff very kind throughout the entire experience. I can't thank them enough for helping Lucky!
Recently, my otherwise healthy 13 yo dog began having seizures. The clinic I had been going to for 7 years refused to see us. After 3 calls I was fortunate to stumble across Perry Pet in Livonia. They were able to get us in that afternoon. The staff was amazingly compassionate and unbelievably kind. Sadly, I said good bye to my furry pup that day. They canceled my dogs first puppy visit a half hour before we were supposed to be there, and are now charging me when they have never seen him. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Money Hungry. also, for a first puppy visit, they didn't ask me anything about him. Just about me. Isnt the vet suppose to care about my dog? I'm a pet sitter in the area, I will be recommending elsewhere for my clients and have done so for myself.
It's hard to believe that there could be so many awesome professionals in one place. They take excellent care of their fur patients while also making sure Mom/Dad are ok too
People can't afford their own healthcare, let alone the ridiculous fees for animal care. The inflated charges are causing people to neglect their own health and their pets' health.
