I wouldn't recommend the Perry location ever this is my third time going back to try and have my dog get shots after waiting 1.5 hrs each time after specifically calling to make sure they were on time since i have two small children to take. I called ahead and even offered if needed to come a little later if behind as to actually be seen. I was assured they were on time, not the case I was put in a room after 40min to not even be told they had yet another emergency that was found out after I walked out. RecommendedMy husband and I have been bringing our dogs boomer & Eddie to Perry vet for many years. Between the two of them we joke that the Perry location could add on another wing with the amount of money we have spent on our dogs 🙂 yesterday we unfortunately had to make an incredibly hard decision to put down Eddie. I love the staff! They are amazing! I was worried about my baby River Rose & they told me to bring her right in. They set my mind at ease! Thank you.
Today was a sad day for us and Perry Vet was super understanding. They got us in at the earliest time even being a brand new patient for them. We were greeted and taken to a room very quickly. The vet tech and Veterinarian were very nice. They explained everything in full detail and provided their recommendations. After discussing everything we made the hardest decision to let our pet go. All the staff and Peter Hecht did so great with me while I had to do the hardest thing and put my dog Bubby to rest! I highly recommend the Perry Veterinary Clinic, Batavia office! They are amazing! Im so very thankful for the way that the yorkshire branch handled my passing of my dog she is family to me and they made a very upsetting difficult process very good made us feel that our hazel was in caring hands thank u so much i will miss hazel. And i know my other 2 dogs have good vets
