We visited the Batavia location and the staff was kind and sympathetic. From the woman who calmed me when I called panicking and rushed right over when we arrived, Dr Kendall was gentle and caring with our nervous pup, keeping us informed with all updates and changes. The staff here genuinely cares for the animals and it shows. We will definitely be returning.. On better circumstances of course
Perry Pet. I can't say thank you so much for all that you have done for Gracie and our family. We have had additional 4 1/2 months with our Baby girl. I love everyone of you there. And remember a 20 second hug is absolutely the best therapy. Katy Call
Perry pet is wonderful ! We are at the Batavia office often ! It is Always very clean , we hardly ever have to wait , everyone is knowledgeable , and truly LOVE the animals we have been to many offices and even have traveled hours for proper care . We have found all that we need at Perry Pet in Batavia
