Worst car buying experience in my life. I was over promised and they under delivered. Not only did they have the wrong car for me when I traveled 200 miles to buy, but they had me wait 3 hours while they went to get the right one. Then their finance manager was completely unprofessional, and even after I asked him about signing the correct paperwork, they let me drive off the lot, with the a car that I did not sign the lease for!!! If you need a car head on in to perry ford on hitchcock ask for ben clay a college student taking care of the bills and his mom. And stick to him so that he can get the sale so he can stay in college as well.
Normal maintenance on my Miata. Got my preferred time. Estimated 90 minutes as I was waiting ... took about 45 minutes. No problems settling bill (some folks with prepaid warranties with other vendors needed documentation). Very easy access. Nice staff.
