Waiting room was very small and had not been cleaned for some time- dirt, not dust, on electrical outlets and walls. The FORD dealer really needs to step it up and have a bigger and a clean room for clients to wait for their vehicles. This is a far far different experience in Santa Barbara than I have had at any other Ford dealer!
Excellent service department Mr. Grant Lee always provides the best service. I usually wait but they have a shuttle service. I highly recommend their mechanics.
The sales staff was attentive, helped me find the right car and walked me thru the paperwork. I like to buy local if the pricing and expertise is there and I am happy.
Not fixed correctly five times and around 1,500.00 dollars later. I picked it up and made it less than a mile every time. Obviously it was not test driven. The management was condescending and could care less, not answering phone messages. With comments as “your vehicle is old!” Yet they excepted it for repair. It is a 2001. Finally got it back after repaired for original problem and they tried to charge me another thousand on top of the original 1,500, for a tuneup which was their idea of the repair. But it was not.
