Excellence in Action! The owner is a true professional and a borderline miracle worker. My girls had extensive damage to their hair and came out looking beautiful and with no visible signs of damage at all. I couldn’t be more pleased. Prices were good and very reasonable. She's a sweet lady but be careful i belive braiders are now telling you a starting price to get you in the door & @ the end tell you its about $30more b/c it wasnt same hair/technique, etc.
Ms Perp is great! This is my second time going to her. Her work is flawless and she really takes the time to make sure you leave happy with the results. Highly recommend her and will be back again soon!
