We selected Town and Country based on their A+ rating with the BBB and their competitive pricing. We met with a representative who gave us the quote and the timeline for project completion. he said I was a straightforward job and the building would likely be started in 3-4 months. This was in early March. After about 4 months into the permitting process, my father in law happened to be down at the permitting office, so he checked on the status of the permit to see what was taking so long.
