My experience with Town and Country was great, It took a long time to get my garage but the city permitting process was mostly the issue. I was always able to call and talk to someone which I appreciated or someone called me back. They asked us what the primary use for our garage was going to be and helped us with customization and thought of things we did not think of. I did not think a steel building could look so nice.

The monitor shop just finished this week. The construction of the building and the final product look fantastic next to the house. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the contractors. Also appreciated the cleanliness of the work area after the work was completed each day. The only negative to add is the length of time it took to get the construction started. We signed the contract on 12-19-2019. But due to the pandemic, I certainly understand the delays.

We hired Town & Country to build a "Daylight" shop in our backyard. Our salesperson was able to quickly help us get through all of our options. Once construction begin, it probably took just under 8 weeks from the time the first hole was dug until we had final inspection signed off by the county. Great quality build that we will use for many years to come!

If you are thinking about using PermaBilt- DON”T. The customer service and moral integrity of this company and their employees is the worst. They will lie to you. It took over a year to get my building done. They failed to show up to start the building 5 different Mondays even though they said they were coming. Each time no call to say they weren’t coming. I would wait until around noon each time and then call them and get a different excuse such as the foreman is sick, or we had a whole crew quit, or some other **. When the... read more

We have T&C Build our shop in our backyard. They did amazing work. The crew was on-time and organized and made sure we were happy along the way. A month after our shop was built another company came out to pave for us and they ran into our shop and dented it. I called Permabilt and they were able to get us on the calendar to come do the repairs. I highly recommend them!!!

It was great working with town and country from initial consultation to the finished building. There were a few weather related delays but that is to be expected in winter. I love my new shop and definitely recommend them for your building needs.

I spent a lot of time researching Post Frame builders for my 20' x 30' shop. Town and Country showed strong reviews and I decided to contract my work with them. I am glad I did. The entire process, from initial planning to completion was very positive. Everyone I dealt with along the way, from the salespeople, to the construction crews were highly professional and kept me well informed along the way. The building is top quality and looks amazing. I would definitely use them again!

Great experience from start to finish! Overall good communication with everyone involved at Town & Country. Timelines for project start as well as build time were exactly as discussed with no cost overages. Really impressed with the construction team, who built us a top notch garage that was exactly as planned. The construction crew was very conscientious and upon completion hauled all the trash away and left the build site spotless. When does that ever happen? We highly recommend using Town & Country Permabilt.
