Fantastic experience with PermaBilt! The only bad part of our build was with the concrete contractors splattering the walls. PermaBilt worked hard to correct the mistake and we are happy with our building! Very nice and professional group of people.

The permitting process left much to be desired. King county is terrible to work with about getting a permit. It took 3 years to get a permit. After the permitting phase things went smoother. Construction was on time and they did a great job.
Very happy with Town & Country . Great crew and workmanship. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to build a shop.

Town and Country/Permabilt clearly is the leader in post-frame buildings, judging by the long lead time required for the number of jobs in their cue. However, our patience paid off in having our 30X40 shop completed months ahead of schedule. The crew is very professional, courteous, a joy to talk with, and always leaving the job site clean after each day. They were also very good at letting us know what the next steps were. Very happy with the 30'x50' pole building we had put in - the process was seamless, and except for the long delay in getting a permit from Snohomish County, it went very quickly (total construction time was less than one month). Would definitely recommend Permabilt to anyone looking for a pole building contractor, and would work with them again without hesitation.

We had a very good experience with PermaBuillt. Of course it took time to get permits and then to schedule the start date, but that is expected when you build anything. We had good communication with staff at all steps in the process. Even the construction workers on the site were helpful when we had a question. We love the building and look forward to using the space.
