HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Poor customer service and patient priority. I had a dental emergency for a broken tooth and needed two possible root canals as well. I called Perla Dental on a Friday and was told they could get me in that Saturday at 2 pm. I told the young lady on the phone I needed extensive work done, so I am not sure why they would make my appointment so close to closing time. When I get there at my scheduled time, I wasn't even called back to my room for a hour and 15 min waiting in the lobby! What was the point o... read more
