We purchased a short sale home with Peri. We initially did not want to get involved in a short sale due to all the horror stories he had heard. Peri helped us close on our house very fast, gave us all the information that we needed and was extremely professional. Excellent job.
We used Peri in the purchasing of our new home as well as the attempted sale. She was both accessable and professional in both ventures and would have been successful in the selling had we not changed our plans and re-occupied the home. Buying a home is a big step in anyone's life and Peri worked non-stop in helping me find a home. She was patient and understanding with me. It took us a little bit of time to get the sellers on board, but Peri worked the deal until the ink was dry! I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about finding a good home.
