And my wife and I traveled 175 miles to West Melbourne Florida and right away our dream home was handed to us on a silver platter. On two occasions I've had the opportunity to work with Peri. Once to buy a home and to sell it after leaving Florida with a great deal of time in between. I've had the opportunity to work with several agents in my lifetime so far (49yrs old) and Peri by far out shines all of them. Brian and I were looking for a second home in Florida. We had certain criteria we wanted to meet and had VERY limited time to do this. I've bought a couple of homes thru Peri and she is the greatest. First thing, when you call her on the phone......................she answers or if with a client, she calls back right away.
