How can we have a fair justice system in our country. Our system is all over the place. Men and women in jail that are not not guilty. Men and women getting off and they should be in jail. You wish you were worthy of one star
a textbook example of a crucial failure of the criminal justice system. "I eat $1,000 for breakfast," is what you told an innocent man being tried for murder while you mailed in the defense. May God have mercy on your soul.
Why hasn't he been disbarred?! People like this represent everything that is wrong with the world and should not be in any position of power! When people this are held accountable and removed from their positions, humanity can begin to heal and move forward.
It's no wonder this man doesn't show a profile photo on his Facebook or LinkedIn pages. I'd hide my face in shame if I were him too. After reading "The Sun Does Shine", I'm totally amazed Mr. Perhacs is still practicing law. He should be devoting his life to compensating Mr Hinton for taking 30 years of his life through his indifference and greed.
You are a disgrace to the profession. How is it possible that you have not been disbarred? You are a sick man.
