the front desk guy (colin) is rude and unprofessional. he also made me pay for a part in advance and that is NOT what Other Repair Shops do. he is a cocky behaving individual who should not be working with the public. at some point I am going to go back and let the Owner know of the overall BAD experience. Also they Overcharge and missing the Target on getting your Vehicle properly Diagnosed!
