There were hidden charges that they weren't upfront about, the owner called me screaming and demanding i pay thousands of dollars extra that had not been discussed at any point, the flashing was pieced together and improperly installed causing leaks

Sending SPAM this company is despicable! I have tried many times to be taken off their spam list and nothing changes I have started the process to go after them legally via the FTC

Damaged our carport, caused damage to ceiling in bedroom, deep ruts in yard from trucks They came unexpectedly to replace roof on a day it stormed. No one could speak English and during the hours it rained we had to give them shelter in our garage. Owner would say she would make repairs then never came through and wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls. Quality of roof is average, already has waves in it.

We had our new roof put on a little over a week ago, and everything went very smoothly! The roof looks perfect and they were done in a day! They were very professional..I will definitely be recommending Performance Roofing!
