We are very happy with the service received today by Shannon and Performance Pro Plumbing. We needed some work done to finish our basement fairly quickly and on short notice. I called Performance Pro to replace an outdoor water faucet. I was given an estimate on the phone and set up an appointment. Shannon came to to address the issue, called before he came and showed up at the time we agreed upon. In less than an hour the faucet was replaced and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

We needed a plumber ASAP on a holiday weekend and were so thankful for Performance Pro Plumbing. We received a call back immediately. The plumber was at our house in about an hour and the problem was fixed before our out-of town company arrived! Excellent service and the price was right. We have found our new plumber and highly recommend this company.

We have been using Performance Pro for a couple of years now. I would not call anyone else for our plumbing needs. They are fair and honest and I can count on all the work being done properly! It is wonderful not to have to worry when they are handling our plumbing needs!

If you ever need a plumber, Shannon at Performance Pro Plumbing is the best thing that could ever happen to you. My old old bathroom had many scary surprisesn but they were handled flawlessly, creatively, and reasonably. Customer service to the max -- and the price was more than fair.

We just bought a house in Oswego and had many projects ongoing. The ice-maker line springing a leak was not something I wanted to deal with. Performance Pro was out at the house within a couple of hours and had everything fixed before I knew it. The courtesy and professionalism was top notch. I was expecting it to be tough to find someone to do a "small" job but Performance Pro proved me wrong. If and when I need a plumber in the future, I know just who to call.

Outstanding service and professionalism, it is a pleasure to have a plumber who responds promptly, knows his trade, leaves his job site clean and neat and takes pride in his work. Anytime I'm asked for a recommendation I've recommend Shannon and Performance Pro with confidence, he's done numerous jobs large and complex and small for me.

I was in a real jam, I had called many plumbers to come out and fix my hot water heater but they were either too expensive or would not come out the same day to fix. When I called PROFROMANCE PRO, I was greeted with finally an understanding voice! Shannon Cook, the owner of the company came out himself to help me, he fixed my hot water heater in no time at all, not only that his prices are very reasonable.
